Job Description
The Warehouse General Laborer will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes handling inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
