Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our projects. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required.
