Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, efficient check-in/check-out experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and room availability.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills; experience with hotel management software is a plus.
